Electric and Non Electric Treadmill Accessories
One of the great advantages of having an electric treadmill or a non electric treadmill at the comfort of your own home is that you need not run to the gym every time you are learning for a good fitness and cardio enhancing workout. Now I have just thought of another reason that having your own electric treadmill or a non electric treadmill at home can be an advantage for you. The thing is you can customize your own electric treadmill! Yes that is right. If you think watching television while on the non electric treadmill is exciting, wait till you see what options I have brought to you today. In a divergence of topic for my electrical treadmill blog, today’s post would be slightly special because I would be talking about treadmill accessories. Yes that is right! I am talking about accessories for treadmills, instead of my normal posts on cheap electric treadmills or non electric treadmills.
There are many treadmill accessories out there, and if you do intend to get a treadmill accessory for your treadmill, you must first determine the purpose. For example, what are your hobbies? If you like watching television while exercising, then there really is no need to get any additional treadmill accessory, unless maybe if you want some variety of things that you can do while doing some treadmill running. Maybe you are those on a budget and you have already bought a cheap electric treadmill, for such cases, I really do not think you would want to buy a treadmill laptop holder or treadmill book holder.
First of all, you can get the Surfshelf. This is a treadmill laptop holder and shelf that not only allows you to hold laptops but also books or even small DVD players too! The Surfshelf can not only be fixed on non electric or electric treadmills, but also on exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, stair masters and other exercise equipment too! The manufacturers claim that it is able to fit 99% of these work-out equipment! It is really easy to install and is made of polycarbonate which is a very tough material used in bullet-proof glass. It is thus hardy and durable. A velcro strap is included which holds your laptop in place on the shelf.
Not only can you use the Surfshelf to surf the internet, but you can use it to stream any videos or maybe even play some game while running on the treadmill. Then you can also do some online shopping or check your emails, all this can be done as long as your laptop has got an internet connection. With WIFI equipped laptops these days I do not see this as a big problem. Sounds kind of tough if you ask me and one of the problems is that your treadmill monitor display would be blocked so you have to think about whether you would need that before you install the Surfshelf onto your electric treadmill. And of course if you do not have your own gym or treadmill at home, you can always bring this treadmill accessory over to the gym and fix it up over there. It is very small in size and can be folded up into your gym bag or brief case. Now there is no lousy excuse for you to skip the gym saying that it is too boring. Not with the Surfshelf I do not think the word boring treadmill exercise would be in your vocabulary anymore. You would be blessed with an interesting work out from now on.

At this website, there are eighty four different video channels to choose from. I believe this number may increase in the future as well, if this gadget takes off. This website is also seriously treadmill friendly, no typing and even the mouse is not required, you can navigate the website just use your arrow keys to launch your favorite shows. You hands would not even be leaving the arm supports of the electrical treadmill often! Sports, News, Hollywood Entertainment, Health & Lifestyle videos, Music videos, Online TV and lots of fun stuff for teens are just some of the categories whereby cool videos are available. There is nothing much for me to say now but to just buy the Surfshelf laptop holder for electric and non electric treadmills!
